6 ways agents can receive FREE company stock by performing certain tasks:
- Day agent joins the company.
- Sale of first property.
- Each anniversary date.
- Capping each year.

All free stock has a 3 year vesting period.
Buy Company Stock At Discount
This optional program allows agents to purchase company stock at a 20% discount with a portion of each commission check. At each closing, agent chooses one of three options:
- No participation.
- 5% of commission.
- 10% of commission.
When agent purchases stock, there is no vesting period. Ownership is immediate.
Revenue Share
Invite A Friend Award
Invite a friend to join the company. When they name you as their sponsor, you'll receive a small reward each time they have a closing until they cap each year. The company pays this fee, not the agent. This is an optional program. Agents are NOT required to recruit.
Calculation and 5 Levels
Sponsor receives 10% of the company dollar (split) on each closing until the agent caps each year.
Sponsor receives revenue share for 5 levels (down line).
Calculation is the same on all 5 levels.
All Levels Open
All 5 levels are open immediately. There are no hoops, huddles, or hassles.
- No FLQA requirements.
- No buffer reductions.
- No access fees.
You earn it, you receive it.
Compensation
85% Split ... 100% After Cap
Agent receives 85% of commission until cap, then receives 100% commission for the rest of their year.
Declining Cap
Cap is $15,000 to the company in year one. Cap declines $1,000 per year until it reaches $10,000 in year six and remains at that amount for the rest of career.
Transaction Fee
Transaction fee is 0.1% of the sales price with a maximum of $500 per closing. For example, a $325,000 sales price is a $325 transaction fee. Once $5,000 is paid per year, transaction fee is reduced to a maximum of $250 per closing.
Technology Fee
Technology Fee is $99 per month (when prepaid annually) or $149 per month (when pay as go).
Joining Fee
There is a one-time $99 joining fee.
No Other Fees
No surprises. There are no franchise fees, no E&O risk management fees (included in the transaction fee), no broker review fees, no junk fees. Simple. Clear. Clean.
